Ellen Baker advises emerging growth companies on transactional, corporate governance, and securities matters. Prior to joining Gennari Aronson, Ellen was an associate at Choate Hall & Stewart, a Boston-based law firm. Ellen holds a JD from University of Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Georgetown University. During law school, Ellen served as Senior Notes Editor for the Note Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. Prior to law school, Ellen was a coordinator in the Office of Advancement at Georgetown University.
