Michael J. Douglas is an associate with Gennari Aronson.  Michael Douglas has experience working with emerging growth company clients on a variety of day-to-day corporate and securities matters. Previously an associate at Choate Hall & Stewart, Michael has worked on significant transactions, including private equity and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and bank and debt financing and restructuring arrangements.

Michael earned a J.D. in 2007 from Boston College Law School. He also holds a BA summa cum laude from Tufts University.
