Mary Kelly Burke is a paralegal with more than twenty years of substantial experience with public and private companies in corporate, securities and bankruptcy matters, as well as significant corporate transactions. Previously a senior paralegal at Ropes & Gray for more than a decade, Mary worked on a variety of transactions, including restructurings, private equity and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and bank and debt financings. Mary also served recently as Director of Enrollment at the Massachusetts Academy of Real Estate. Mary holds a BA from Boston College.
