9/12/2011 Kathryn Kargman Joins Gennari Aronson as Associate
NEEDHAM, MA – Gennari Aronson, LLP is pleased to announce that Kathryn Kargman has joined the firm as an associate.
Ms. Kargman received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in May 2011 and her Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Harvard University in 2005.
Prior to joining Gennari Aronson as an associate, Ms. Kargman worked as a law clerk for the firm while attending Boston College Law School as part of the firm’s commitment to Boston College’s Semester-in-Practice program which allows students to obtain on the job training and experience.
Ms. Kargman has also interned for The Honorable Michael J. Coyne in the Boston Municipal Court and for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Before law school, she worked at the U.S. Department of State in the Office of International Women’s Issues.

NEEDHAM, MA – Gennari Aronson, LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher Matteodo has joined the firm as an associate.
Christopher received a J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School in May 2010 and a B.A. in History from Trinity College in 2007, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
While attending Boston College Law School, Mr. Matteodo participated in Boston College’s Semester-in-Practice program with Gennari Aronson. The Semester-in-Practice program allows second and third year law students at Boston College to obtain practical training and experience.
Most recently, Christopher spent the past year working for the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk Department.

Boston College Law School Student Joins Gennari Aronson, LLP as Spring 2011 Law Clerk

NEEDHAM, MA – Gennari Aronson, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of law clerk Jonathan Kwong for the Spring semester. Gennari Aronson is an active participant in Boston College Law School’s Semester-in-Practice program which allows students to obtain on the job training and experience.
Mr. Kwong, a third-year law student at Boston College Law School, is a graduate of University of California at Irvine, where he received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in History in 2007. Mr. Kwong is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and co-founded the East Asia Legal Studies Program at Boston College.

NEEDHAM, MA – Gennari Aronson, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher Horner, a Boston College Law Student, who is joining the practice as a Summer 2010 Law Clerk. Chris holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, an MS from MIT’s Media Lab, and a BA, cum laude, from Harvard. Megan McMillin joins Gennari Aronson as an associate
NEEDHAM, MA – The newly formed law firm of Gennari Aronson, LLP announces that Megan McMillin has joined the firm as an associate. Megan McMillin is an associate working with emerging growth company clients on a variety of day-to-day corporate and securities matters. Previously an associate at Choate Hall & Stewart, Megan has worked on significant transactions, including private equity and venture capital financings, public offerings, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions and bank and debt financing arrangements.
Prior to law school, from 1999 to 2002, Megan was a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C.
Megan earned a J.D. in 2005 from Boston University School of Law. She also holds a B.B.A from Emory University with a concentration in finance.

Founded by veterans of two of Boston’s largest law firms, Lawrence Gennari , former partner at Choate Hall & Stewart, and Neil Aronson, former chair of the national business and finance practice at Mintz Levin, the firm will exemplify the same entrepreneurial spirit that guides many of its clients. Joining Gennari and Aronson will be Laura C. Glynn, former partner at Choate Hall & Stewart, and one of the area’s most experienced transactional lawyers.
