Michael Douglas joins Gennari Aronson as an associate
NEEDHAM, MA –Gennari Aronson, LLP announces that Michael J. Douglas has joined the firm as an associate. Michael Douglas is an associate working with emerging growth company clients on a variety of day-to-day corporate and securities matters. Previously an associate at Choate Hall & Stewart, Michael has worked on significant transactions, including private equity and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and bank and debt financing and restructuring arrangements.
Michael earned a J.D. in 2007 from Boston College Law School. He also holds a BA summa cum laude from Tufts University.

NEEDHAM, MA – Gennari Aronson, LLP announced today their participation in the Boston College Law School Semester-in-Practice program. Gennari Aronson is hosting Boston College Law Student, Chris Matteodo at their offices beginning today for the Spring semester. Boston College Third-Year Law Student, Chris Matteodo will have the opportunity to work closely with Gennari Aronson’s partners in a part-time capacity while at the same time earning academic credit at Boston College Law School. Lawrence Gennari, the firm’s co-founding partner, said, “We are so pleased to partner with Boston College Law School on this important program. A well-rounded exposure to real-time corporate finance transactions is critical for students who hope to become effective business lawyers and advocates. This program provides practical experience to complement the Law School’s first class academic offerings.” Lawrence Gennari has a long affiliation with Boston College Law School as he teaches at Boston College Law School, where, as an Adjunct Professor, he has taught courses on Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and Advising Entrepreneurs for more than twelve years.

Matthew Graber joins Gennari Aronson as senior associate
